Executive roundtable series

The Visibility Exchange

AI adoption inside the enterprise has outpaced governance. Almost every organisation uses AI now, and very few can see where sensitive data is actually going.

For security, data protection, governance and technology leaders.

Region
APAC, six cities
Dates
October to November 2026
Access

The premise

You cannot govern what you cannot see.

// adoption is not the problem. blindness is.

Nobody set out to lose track of enterprise data. It happened because AI arrived through every door at once: sanctioned tools, unsanctioned tools, tools embedded in software nobody thought of as AI, and now agents making calls on a person’s behalf.

That is the starting point for this series. Not a product session, and not a briefing. A table of senior people working through what visibility across every AI interaction pattern actually requires, and what to do about the traffic already flowing before that visibility exists.

Six cities across APAC, between October and November 2026. Each table runs under the Chatham House Rule.

The evidence
99% Of organisations in the study now show some form of AI usage
59% Of AI and personal cloud policy violations involve regulated data

Netskope Threat Labs Report: Europe 2026, published 30 June 2026. Figures pending client verification before go live.

What the table will cover

Three questions on the table.

Each table works through the same three questions, shaped by what the room brings to them.

Where the shadow actually is

Every organisation has a mental model of its AI usage and a real one, and the gap between them is the interesting part. The first question is what each table found when they last looked properly, and what they were not expecting.

// tension: sanctioned usage is the part you already know about

Regulated data in unregulated places

Visibility only matters if it changes a decision. This session looks at what teams do once they can see regulated data moving into AI tools: block, coach, redact, or accept and document, and who is accountable for that call.

// differentiator: one platform across shadow, public, private and agentic AI

When the user is an agent

Policy written for people does not translate cleanly to software acting on their behalf. The table works through how each organisation is thinking about non-human identity, and whether existing controls survive contact with agentic traffic.

// trigger: agentic and MCP traffic entering the enterprise
The series

Six cities. One view.

Each city is its own table with its own room, confirmed independently. Registration of interest is open now, with dates and venues confirmed city by city.

Modern security has to account for AI interactions the organisation never formally approved.

Who is convening this

About the hosts.

Netskope

Netskope built its platform around a simple premise: security decisions should be made where the data is going, not at the network edge it happens to leave from. That inline position is what lets it see cloud and AI traffic other architectures never inspect.

The company is a global SASE leader, applying zero trust principles and AI to protect data and defend against threats across cloud, web, network and private applications.

Innovatus Media

Innovatus Media is a Sydney based B2B events agency that runs invitation-only executive roundtable series across APAC, EMEA and North America.

We convene senior decision makers for closed door conversations on the problems they are actually working on, and produce every element of the series end to end, from the room and the table to the follow up.
